Our goal for you is to not put the pounds in the first place. Sounds good, right?
Tips before you take a moment to target for success.
This may seem silly or trivial, but bear with me as this is probably the catalyst for their success.
Close your eyes and imagine standing on your bathroom scale. The calendar on the wall says 02/01/2007. The holidays are over and now are forced to rely on reality. It climbs down the ladder and peers in reading. What? Put the numbers down? Do you stay the same? Are you a five pounds?
Fear of thinking, right? Ominous first week of January decorations beckoning downwards and New Year’s resolution to lose weight come was done out of desperation. But I have news for you powerful.
You need a decision.
At this point you can decide what the size, say 1/2/2007. Close your eyes and imagine your back foot on that scale. Now decide what you want that number. Do you have a picture of her in the eye of your mind? Good. This is your goal. Now keep reading for tips that will see through his lens.
Holiday Tip # 1: Maximize the Burn
We all know that December is a busy day. There are parties and dinners, shopping and decorating. You do the cooking and cleaning to do before the guests arrive and gift wrapping to do after the kids are in bed. So you exercises to do in all this? You probably have a regular schedule for your training (if not, then make your first appointment with me as soon as possible) and Probably schedule will be changed for the holidays. And less exercise means more weight gain, especially in combination with increased food consumption.
Does this mean I stick to your guns and do not miss a workout? Although it would be ideal but not practical. Instead of your schedule for the holidays revolve around to rearrange your workouts are focused on maximizing each training you get
In other words, kick up your intensity when you find time to practice.
A great way to do this is to make complex movements, such as a squat and press instead of a simple squat. Another way to burn more calories is to use the base through training. This can be done by itself a challenge with an unstable at the surface using a ball crunches stability and handling of their position on one leg while doing bicep curls.
Holiday Tip # 2: Do not Go Hungry
“I’m saving my appetite for the feast tonight ….” Have you ever said those words? The idea is tempting, right? You know a party or dinner, an abundance of food, and what better condition to reach the hungry? Hunger is the food instead of space for it.
This plan has two major problems.
First, if you go hours without eating your metabolism crash. This means that if you eat around it, like when it comes to your body will have all buffet calories as fat wonderful store. Not good.
The second problem is the most obvious. The meal is eaten at the holiday party is likely that the scale will be a ridiculously high number of January 2 display. Again, do not, fine.
Instead of saving your appetite for good food, maintaining a healthy metabolism by eating small meals every few hours. It always takes a balanced breakfast and never a party in your stomach growl.
Holiday Tip # 3: Be inefficient
I know, I know. You are constantly bombarded with information about how to be more efficient and here I say inefficient. But listen.
Inefficient in how it spends energy.
In other words, spend much energy as you can in an activity, even if it means doing things the hard way. Indeed, the more energy you consume more calories than you burn.
Here are some ideas: Instead of meeting for the nearest parking lot at the mall at the furthest you can choose. The extra calories walking. Always use the stairs instead of an elevator. If you have the option of sitting or standing leg work and support. You have to sit at work? Try sitting on a stability ball, you will burn calories and work your core without having to think about.
Watch the fun way to spend energy this holiday season. Remember that the numbers on the scale, the result of each individual calories you consume calories in relation to any person that you spend.
Holiday Tip # 4: Beware of eggnog
Who does not like eggnog? It is sweet, spicy and oh so creamy, yum. But did you know that 8 ounces of eggnog with rum contains 450 calories?
Numbers like those add up quickly, falling in just eight ships and the number on your scale will crawl a digit.
Do not be fooled. Attorney is not the only high-calorie drinks that threatens his waist. Champagne, wine, hot chocolate, cider and spirits are all full of deadly poison:
Empty calories.
Stay away from drinks high in empty calories. It is best to take as much water as possible and adhere to its limited high-calorie drinks.
